VERY BERRY SMOOTHIE
Serving Size 5 cups

Strawberry 2 cups
Blue Berry 1 cup
Avocado 1 (Ripe)
Banana 1 Medium Size
Low Fat Milk /Almond Milk 1/2 cup
Maple Syrup/Honey 1 tbsp
- In a blender, add the strawberries,blueberries, avocado and banana along with the milk and honey/maple syrup
- Blend it well and once done, accordingly add extra milk or honey to adjust the taste.(I used regular low fat milk,but you can use any milk for this smoothie.I prefer almond milk since it would have given that extra nutrition, but however since I was running short of the same ,used regular milk.The taste will remain the same even if you use any other milk like almond milk,coconut milk,soy milk etc., in case there is someone who is lactose intolerant.)
- Serve it in a glass immediately or can keep int fridge to chill it and have it later.
